Join us for a one-of-a-kind creative experience at Her Again’s Life Map Workshop, happening at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 14, at Practical Art in Phoenix. Whether it’s a beloved street corner, a childhood home, or the twists and turns of your own journey, maps reveal more than just places – they capture experiences, memories, and discoveries. This two-hour workshop will guide you through the process of charting your course and mapping your life, helping you connect with your past and explore the paths that have shaped you.
Your guide for this creative journey is Jen Urso, a multidisciplinary artist whose work honors a sensitive approach to our environment and community, respecting the unseen and unspoken. Jen’s art spans public interventions, performance, drawing, mapping, and technology. She’s exhibited and performed across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, and has received numerous grants and awards. Jen’s deep passion for the environment, community, and personal storytelling will inspire you to create a map that’s as unique as your own life story.
